Large Northern European secretaire from the 19th century in walnut root

Large secretaire from Northern Europe, from the second half of the nineteenth century, made of fabulous walnut briar worked in mirrored sheets that create a harmonious design. Consisting of three drawers under the flap, it was born with a wooden top. Inside the flap we find a beautiful cabinet of drawers and secret also in briar. To complete the beauty of the wood, the top and side uprights feature a painstaking work of floral carving, which unfortunately in some places shows the signs of time.
